Google not indexing pages

Hello, I have a fairly new website. It has been crawled by googlebots 5 times, yet it seems that it has not indexed any other pages other than my home page. This appears to be the same for other search engines. Is there a tool to show which pages google has indexed? What I have been doing is putting in the name of the page in the search field. If I put in "mysite.com", it shows my homepage as a match. If I put in "mysite.com/page2" it says there are no matches, so I am assuming that it has not been indexed. I recently had my html and css validated (which it had many errors). Could having none valid html keep it from getting indexed? And if so, should I expect to see that my pages get indexed on the next crawl since the pages are now all in order as far as validation is concerned?

Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

To check to see if your site has been indexed type site:yourdomain.com into a search engine.

It can take a little while before they index your site even after having visited. Give it a few weeks at least. 5 visits isn't a lot at all. Your site will most likely be indexed with invalid code though depending on how you coded your site you may be putting up barriers to getting indexed. Having good clean code wll usually get your site indexed a little faster.

Most likely you just need to give it a little more time.

Give some more time for googlebot to go past the home page. 5 Times is just not much.
