Google doesn't "direct" traffic anywhere (apart from if you are using Adwords of course). Sites get ranked and searchers click on those results.

Either the site title/description doesn't attract clicks or the site simply doesn't get results to click on.

But of course if you were serious about your sites you would have a real host and website(s).

What do you mean by 'free sites'? Do you mean sites that are hosted on free hosting like Tripod?

Why do you want the visitors on the free sites. Do you have some ads on that or something

Many search engines are not index pages from free websites otherwise they fixed up the number of pages to index from these hosts as search engine spammers also use of them. So might be some engines are not index anyone from some of these suspicious domains.

I haven't seen anything to suggest that google treats free hosting different to any other type. The only different would be you would have their link on your site so you would loose pagerank, that may have a effect your ranking.

However their was a suggestion a while back that google gives more weight to domain name that have been registered for more than one year, because this suggest that the owner is invested in the site, rather than just fly by night.

So if this is true then you could make the logical conclusion that people who use free hosting are even less invested in the website than people who buy a 1 year domain registartion.

However I think this would be short sighted since free hosting is often used by people with very little money but often have very good content. For example like students and kids.

Thanks all for your comments
I think the best option is going for paid domain.
Can you suggest a good but less costly place for domain registration and hosting?
