hey good tools, i just updated my own tool, to get the same "future" page rank thing. Although i am not sure if i should upload this tool yet as since all PR checking tools are against Google ToS... but since i've seen so many sites using PR checkers it seems to me like it cannot be stopped by google. And i dont think they care... Any thoughts?

Also, this is NOT a future page rank tool. These are just estimates according to the recent backlinks, i dont think its accurate at all.. (trust me its not, even google can't predict that).

lol... you cant predict it... its bull****. It just gives the <RK> thing from the XML, i did it too, im not sure whether its an estimate, but i believe it has something to do with the pages linking to u. So like a PR0 can get a PR5 "future rank" because they got a lot of PR5 links... (thats the only guess i have)

The future pr prediction is pretty accurate. Before the last update, it predicted my site to get a PR3. Then in the update I got a PR3. Im prettye happy with it.

Well I guess we'll see..... it estimated that my Carforums.net site would jump from 4 to 5. If that is the case I'd be happy, and I'll post back here after the next update to let you guys know whether it happens or not.

IT cannot tell the future. ITs an estimate on the back-links you got. if it says a PR0 is gonna have future PR of 5 (like my website) its probably because i have forum links from PR 5 websites, and its quite possible for my PR to get there. However, it is not accurate, 100%, or usually correct.

Its like reading star signs in the paper.

We all know its nonsense, we all read them and if they are ever accurate we know it was just a coincidence.

I don't buy this tool "predicting" PR either. But...since it's a "prediction", that means at some "point" the prediction will supposedly come true.

The question that I have is...when?

I think you should visit this link. You will get history of PR update here. http://www.seocompany.ca/pagerank/pa...date-list.html
You can predict the next PR update from the history information available. IMO, History information is the best source for prediction PR update. I assumed that probably it will be in the january month end or in the first week of february.

This rank value may represent the real, current PageRank of the page—though what it actually represents is uncertain. It is almost certain it represents a Google PageRank value of some sort; and it seems very probable that this value is more up-to-date and accurate than the corresponding value on the Google Toolbar. Newer sites that should have PR but do not according to the Toolbar, do have PageRank values according to this rank value. Sometimes, this PR value fluctuates on a daily basis; so some sort of updating does appear to be going on here.
It must be emphasized that we cannot be certain how accurate and current this "Real Pagerank?" value is. Some XML pages do not list rank information for the query URL itself. Also, the rank features page gives different results depending on what your geographic location is/what datacenter you are using."---searchengineeinge.com

Thats exactly what RK or Real Page Rank means.
It is not certain, but it is thought to be the actual Page Rank, but the toolbar won't display this number. Mostly sites without page rank have an RK.

So, ITS NOT future, it's just a VERY innaccurate tool, according to perhaps certain updates. So there is a chance RK will be your new page rank, but it's not certain because it fluctuates constantly, and is not 100% certain.

Real Page Rank is the actual value of the formula calculation, rather than the inaccurate integer guesstimation displayed on the toolbar.

This is the number that is used as one element in the ranking algo and the value that is updated on a continuous basis
