I use to have a website named www.designplanet.biz which use to be very bad, sincei was new to the web, after i while i just left it as a blank page with some text, since i started editting it again. But i editted it in localhost, and when it was ready, i published it recently as www.designplanet.biz and now I look at my page Rank which is 0/10, i been reading SEO articles all over the place, and optimized everything i can.

Now the problem I am having is. When i search for DesignPlanet, designplanet.biz is not ranked, however some old subdomains i made for friends, like nemesis.designplanet.biz are up on high rank! However my root is not even listed!!!!!

Could my old crappy website and me leaving a white page for a month or two cause google to penalize me? Or perhaps even ban? Or Am i missing something else here? Although i released it very recently, and i DID submit it, and even made the sitemap.xml it still doesnt list it anywhere other than designplanet.biz or www.designplanet.biz ... But however it does have links to it from other webpages, just not the website itself.

Any ideas? Solutions? Tips?

Try getting some backlinks to your main domain and it should start on getting PR with the next PR update [Which is almost 90 days away]. So you have ample time. Also If other subdomains does not exist anymore make a permanent 301 redirect from them to your curretn main home page.

Google penalize a site only when it comes across some deceiving tricks on the website. If you haven't used any such thing you shouldn't worry about that just put your efforts in building up your link popularity.

Does this have meaning? One post i read somewhere said lots of supplemental links means bannage from google or something, or penalty... I dont think im banned or penalized since im indexed sometimes on google in some places, however i just wanted to know the signiificanse of supplemental index. ONe article said it was a secondary crawler that they dont use ... or some wierd crap.
