Make sure that when you apply for Adsense you use an e-mail address that's from the same domain that you're applying for.

That is by far the lowest payout I have ever seen. Must have been a lot of clicks on PSA ads.

ps - disclosing specific details for your adsense account (clicks, payouts, etc.) violates Google's TOS and will get your account terminated.
