how to check your future google pagerank

i was going across the internet and i found this website..
http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_prediction

if you type in one of your own domain names in and then press "check"
it predict your next google pagerank and if you click on the link "check" next to the predicted rank you'll see that it actualy brings it from the google server (you can see this by looking at the url)

probably it predicts from the no of backlinks and no of links without the links command to get the idea as how much the PR will increase decrease.
