After wondering if my website is in the Google Sandbox I used a tool located here...

When I looked for my site without the sandbox I was ranked #2 and when I view my site with the sandbox I am not ranked at all.

Without the sandbox we moved up to #2 spot and with the sandbox we are not ranked at all 
Does this mean that we are "definately" in the Google sandbox???
