Hello,

I just came upon a website that has a G-Boost item which guarantees you placement in Google within 7 days. I am already listed, but does anyone know if this service actually works? What are they doing so special?

Here is a link to the page...

You can buy several good links for $20, then just link to your site from free directories.
A couple of hours of work will easily do the same thing.

Where can i buy several good links for $20?

Are these PR4 and above sites?

I have looked into buying links before but have not really thought it was cost efficient.

Thanks,

G

Anybody who guarantees google or any other SE placement for some bucks then I just dont read the next line on his website. Yes if he proves he is working at google and can do the same I may try.

If you would like your link to be placed on Software Development site of mine which is PR 4 and many one level deep pages are PR 3 for $20 a month I can provide you the same.

Well the websitw www.ineedhits.com is somehow affiliated with Overture in some way, so I thought that maybe they had an inside trick to getting new sites indexed with Google besides the obvious ways.

SearchBliss is a PR 6 and links on the home page range from $28 a month to only $12 a month. All text link ads listed here ( SearchBliss ) on the right side (just click "add a site" for info).

Ok so what am I suppose to do if I have a offensive site nobody wants to link?
It's perfectly legal, just offensive, has any one used G-Boost? Can any one offer Budd Man links for his legal but controversial site www.passed-out.com?

Any help or adice (be nice) would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes, you can get PR4 textlinks at about $10/month. I personally charge $10/month for my PR4 website for side-wide textlinks.

"Paying $19.95 to boost your chances of getting included in Google fast is an absolute bargain."

to me that screams "DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

just use the google toolbar and input your full url into it atleast once daily and your site will generally be indexed in less than 7 days.

Google states the only way to get indexed is to actually submit your URL here. There is no priority listing.

i read that as they will pick up your site the next time they crawl the web
"We add and update new sites to our index each time we crawl the web" (though whether or not they include it is another matter) but you can submit your url, though it isn't necessary. i know i've had a couple of sites picked up in a few weeks that i haven't submitted, so you don't *have* to submit a url but it seems like a good idea to do so.

What exactly is google page rank and why do people like it so much? I'd barely even heard of it til i joined this forum, i checked my PR and its a 3 which apparently is pretty good, i've never done anything to GET it like that though...it's just how it is.

I have heard over and over again that is the worst possible way to get indexed! Never submit manually or automatically to google. Get your site linked on a PR6+ and do not submit. PR6+ gets spidered every day, it's better for google to find you this way rather then submitting so you avoid the sandbox and get indexed a lot faster.

Only trick is to find a PR6+ site to get your text link on, btw, the text link should be the same as your title which should include your primary keywords.

Any one know contrary?

Guys,
DON’T DO IT!!!
I am new to this forum and the reason I join the forum is just to post this reply.
I purchased the g-boost AFTER I read this thread and hopping some miracle will happen as their ad sounded so amazing and their site looks legit. Boy was I stupid.
I have a fairly new site just launched and since there aren’t many hits, I was able to monitor the traffic closely with various analytic tools I used including the back link monitoring service.
3 days after I sign up, I received a report saying the advanced service has been completed. I was supplied because nothing had happed, there is nothing changed in my traffic, no additional link showing in Google and no additional backlink to my site.
When I chat with their live chat, I got the answer below:

>>You have ordered the G-Boost service on a subscription basis. The first month is a submission >>to Google only, to ensure your site is included in Google's index. Each month following, your >>site will be submitted to three new directories, which will improve your backlink count over time.

First of all, it’s a subscription basis meaning they will charge you every month.
I wasn’t aware of that and I am sure a lot of you guys didn’t realize that.
Secondly all they do is submitting your domain to Google, you can do that yourself in one second and I am sure they didn’t even do that.
http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl

Thirdly the next month all they will do is submit to 3 other search engines, you can do that in less than a minute. Here are some links for free submission.
http://www.bookmarkall.com/topic/detail/142.html
http://www.marketleap.com/help/seo101/freesubmission.htm

Anyway, I feel cheated and asked them to cancel the subscription immediately and they told me that it’s my fault because I can’t read their copy. I am sure I had just wasted my $20 but hopefully no one else will fall into their scam.
