I add new content to my site every day. (Some original some not). But the new pages are not getting indexed at all. I add some forum links to them but it does not work. What should I do?

Nothing at all. You can't force pages to be indexed if the google system decides they are not worth wasting CPU cycles on.

As said by Chris, Google will not index your each and every page of the website, try to optimized it again with some fresh content and don’t force it. If the content is unique, sure your page will be indexed within some days.

Hi there, when was the last time you have added a new content of your website? I guess it will take time to get indexed, I am not really sure if originality or uniqueness of the content speeds up the indexing.

Something else that I'd like to add :

Make sure that those pages are actually reachable from the homepage to other pages of your website,

The "noindex" value applies to the robots meta for restrictions at page level, the rel (related) attribute value of "nofollow" applies at "link" level to apply restrictions to that one anchor element.
