what i mean is
What are the words and phrases that people use to search in google everyday
and how many times a specific word or phrases have been searched in google everyday
Where can i find this information?

I have heard that if your a Adwords customer then there is a tool in there to do just this but I have personaly never seen it.

As far as I'm aware there is no such tool. The only way of seeing keyword impressions for Google is by opening an ad words account, biding on the keyword you want to track and then you can see how many impressions are on that specific keyword/phrase.

If you only place a minimum bid with the minimum max spend budget, it won't cost very much!

You can use the overture suggesting tool or the suggesting tool from espotting

It shows you the impressions but does it also show how many clicks and the click through rate percentage per each keyword?

Another good way to check this isn't in google. goclick.com has a nice tool that will show you the approximate click throughs on a monthly basis. Although, I don't recommend goclick for expensive ppc searches, I do recommend them for cheap (1 cent) purchases. They seem to have alot of low quality traffic. This is only a good resource if you have a free service. The keyword tool is quite good though.
