I was wondering if I should submit new pages to search engines to my sites...I figure the search engines may find them faster. Also I have some pages that have been on my site for over a year with a home page direct link and they still show "not ranked" by google.

If the answer is yes, and I can submit the pages individually, where should I do it?

I would recommend that you submit your link to Google.

Or, another way the crawlers would find your website is if you get linked to another website's indexed page.

I think it's better to concentrate on the content of the web page first as if the content is good, the web page will get crawled by search engine bots automatically and this increases the chances getting better rankings in search engine result pages.

I think you need to submit site map of your website again to Google and place a HTML site map on your website. If doesn't work then update page content.

For Indexing much faster do the Social Bookmarking for the new page in the website.

I think you need submit it to google fot telling it . if so , google will know it and crawl it .

just do link building, if you want to submit it to google, link your site to google services. I do that often.

i think google will automatically find it especially if the index was already indexed.

I just find it out odd that I have had my site indexed for 7 years now and I have had some new pages for well over a year.....maybe 2 years...and it is still says "not ranked". The thing that is even more weird is that about two months ago the PR read 2 for this page....many people were trying to get a link on it and now it is not ranked.

I wonder how long it can take to index these pages....also does anyone know when Google will update their PR? I have heard rumors that it will be in March sometime most likely.

I think new pages should be submitted to get indexed. But I recommend that you should do social bookmarking to get indexed fast.

If you have made new page for your website then you must again submit a sitemap in xml format to google, to achieve rankings for that page as well, i did the same thing and got good results.

Sounds good that If We submit all the pages to sitemap. Google takes time to indexed it due to new sites pages. Do link building for new sites which is really beneficial for you.

It's better to make your sites' internal linking structure good. That not only will help Google but your visitors can navigate easily from one page to another! Make sure whether you submitted your site to Google webmaster tools and created a XML sitemap and submitted that one also to webmaster tools. Do off page optimization properly with good suggested keywords. Not only submit your site to search engines but try to get quality backlinks from many sources.
