Thanks for sharing. But where can we find more information on that? Are there any research done, or directly from google?

Update ; As of May 2nd 2007, Google has scrapped it's keyword density in meta-description so use it wisely. Alt-tags are now considered as content but not counted in the keyword density algo. Result?
Example, I've packed my accountant's website with spacer gifs all alt-tagged as 'doncaster accountants' - with very little work his site is now second and he is getting more business. Downfall? His listing in the Google serps looks like a bag of cack.

Not that there ever was such a thing.

There being of course no such thing as an alt tag.

alt attributes have ALWAYS being used as content by Google, so you spamming the SEs with over stuffed alt attributes is absolutely nothing new.
It's one of the oldest tricks around, and has been around and used since the days when AltaVista was the top search engine.
So I wouldn't bank on your "new found secret to success" being effective for too long.

Now people using screen readers will have no doubt what that site is about.

Well done on ranking 2nd for such a competitive phrase too.
