My site isn't even in the top 5 pages of the google search engine. My link for my horror movie website is on Bloodydisgusting, and the Horror channel websites since I am a regular poster in their forums. So what exactly could the problem be?

Google Page Rank, as far as I know, has very little to do with search result placement. It's only a measure of how important Google thinks your site is and not much more.

Optimize your site. You've got the PR, which is a step in the right direction, but now you need to make sure that the keyword(s) you are targeting appear on your website in prominent places (title, bold, headings, anchors, etc.) and that you have a good density of these keywords.

Get quality links from websites relevant to yours, and you'll get to the tops.

Search saturation is important as well. Add a lot of quality pages to your site. Be sure NOT to add pages with little or no relavence, or it could make things worse.
