And was this "massive" visitor count all from Google results?

was it "bot" traffic? or real visitors?

So all perfectly normal for a site that has only been around a couple of months then.

Maybe another couple of years of real promotion and you will probably go up to 20 maybe 30 a day.

More than 100 pages indexed in Google Search Engine. Check out your log stats. What were the keywords that were driving traffic to your website? What is the traffic margin for referrals? Consider the data and let us know about it.

Probably should start over with a com/net/org. All of my .infos got permenately sandboxed when using the same strategies that I use on other domains that do very well.

Although on a new site this is normal, even with com/net/org domains its typical to rank very well when new, then drop to a more reasonably position then work your way back up slowly.

Unbelievable!!

You make assumptions based on little or no information then come up with wild theories!!

How does having 1300+ pages indexed mean the OP has "to start again"???

and when did link:site start giving "useful" information that you can base anything on????

The problem is that it is a site with little or no useful content, and what is there is just "boilerplate" text that is available on tens of thousands of other turnkey sites.
The links you have probably got are just junk from the usual low quality sources.

The site is NOT "sandboxed", penalised or any thing else it is just yet another junky download site of which there are THOUSANDS, it's simply not useful or important enough to bother listing.
There is no need to "start again" with a new domain, in fact exactly the same thing will happen to any hostname it goes on.

Start again by all means and use the same name and tld, BUT put UNIQUE text on it rather reusing the same text, and get real links.

Build links post quality content and don't use automated linkbuiding tools. Manual submissions are still the best way to promote a website/blog.

I suggest that you have to reconstruct your keywords, find quality high rank keywords related to your website and promote your webpage.
