Do you have Google Analytics installed on the site? or anything else that tracks where traffic is coming from? This should help you see where hits come from and what keywords are being used. It also lets you look into backlinks.
"Best time management" is not a very good keyword to start with. Its search volume is not that high (3,600 searches ONLY per month), so it's not surprising if you're getting enough traffic.
The keyword "best time management" has a monthly Search Volume of approx 66 visits. What do you expect more from a keyword in terms of traffic. Look out for keywords that has a range of 2000+ to get good traffic @ being in the first page top half. Second Half yields around 40% which is again being distributed.
Your analytic is the best tool to let you know what works for you.
My web site is on first page of google with the key word
"best time management" but there is no increase in traffic
what can be the possible problem?
please help me my boss is giving me ............
Well, it may be because your selected keyword has no good search volume and also in case there is less search volume and your site is on 10th position then may be you will get very low traffic.
Do keyword research again properly and select keyword with high search volume with less competition and then start promoting your site.
@chrishrist
my boss told me to get this site on first page of google and i did it but now he is asking for traffic and the remaining is completed by arnabme.
If getting on the first page was the brief for the "job", then you have accomplished your task.
Not your fault your "boss" is so ill-informed.
Getting "first page" in Google results is very very easy, just get some links (quality doesn't matter) with some random phrase as the anchor text and there you are.
Getting real visitors and useful traffic for a specific phrase takes work and REAL knowledge, not following the usual junk "advice" dished out by "experts" on forums and blogs such as "do forum postings on dofollow sites" etc etc.
