Can i use Adwords for My Website having Adsense Ads on it ? means same time use both ?

Google Adwords and Google Adsense are two different services offered by Google. Whats stopping you?

You can it's called "Adsense arbitrage" However, it will very likely get your accounts banned!

Adwords and adsense, from the point of view of Google are two systems that are completely managed separately.
If you are banned, maybe you do not paid much attention either to the policies and terms and conditions.

I do not think using adwords and adwords same time may be cause of your ban.

Adsense is a revenue making tool and Adwords is an advertiser tool. The whole context is different. Now, you have to go through the rules and regulations of Adwords as well Adsense policies.

Well, I don't think there's anything wrong with that as however both are google products but for different purpose but make sure to follow guidelines for both.

You can use that the same time but you can't use adwords for your MFA site..

Yes you can use Adwords and adsense at the same time. Both of them are different.
