Need some advice for my www.boredfix.com

I have a site:
www.boredfix.com

What I dont understand is why when I search google for backlinks
link:www.boredfix.com

It says 0 results.
I have my link posted on many websites. What defines a backlink if the many sites I am linked on do not count?

also, does it help to have all of your files in html rather than having them all in php?

How long have had the links for and are the pages where your links are indexed by Google.

I would guess that your in the sandbox.

Google doesnt show all back links..those links are valid but G might not be showing them to you.

hmmmm..something looks to be wrong with G....

I have seen this happen with G before though

Very weird. Perhaps this is an effect of the sandbox - in which case everything should be normal in aprox 90 days or less. How old are the links pointing to your site?

Not too old. The site is only 1 month old actually.

Your site is now showing 945 in Google...keep in mind, this number can and usually is higher but not all linking sites will show up.

If I were to guess.....4-5 and having a PR4 might be awesome for the type of field your in. You would have to do some research on the keywords your trying to rank for, take a look at other sites that rank with the same keywords and look at the pr. This will give you the size of the sites, backlinks, and pr.
