hello all.
I have a real estate site that has had a PR of 4 in the past. It is now a 3. My logs show that it has not been indexed by google since October of this year.
Is there any conclusive way to find out why google has avoided the site (and alternately, how to get google back)? Lack of new content, etc.? All help is greatly appreciated.
thanks
david

I think Google has issues with "real estate" I hear your statement all the time. My first question is.. Is this a directory, or are you an agent with your own site? I may be able to help.

Google does not have a problem with real estate. However activity from Google was pretty high lately. If you want your site to be crawled get more links - and it wont hurt to add a few new things on your site.

Try to see how many sites link to you, for one thing (do link:http://www.yourdomain.com in Google's search box). This will at least give you an idea for why your PR slipped.

Do you by any chance have a robots.txt file or a robots META tag that is preventing Google from indexing your site?
