I remember w3c.org pr is 10.

If I still remember, NASA used to be PR 10 but now only 9. So does Adobe I think.

http://india.gov.in/ is PR 10 but achieving PR 10 as a personal business is very tough.

If you Google inurl:www or inurl:http you'll find many PR10s

You can find many government site which has PR 10 and also http://www.w3.org/ such site which have high PR backlinks also have 10 PR.

before reading this thread i was thinking tht thr is no website other than google which has pr 10 bt i was wrong.

ANY page that garners a lot of links can have a useless "high" PR "value"

INdian Govt. site PR is also 10 check it india.gov.in/

PR10 is an indication from the Big that its a quality site having great information and being trusted over years. If you give a hard look then you may come to the conclusion that PR9 and PR10 is almost the same.

Check out country specific domains like google.co.in, google.ie they don't have PR10 even when they are a part of the Google Services.
