why didn't they add the new pages?

When did you submit the site map?
When did the googlebot crawl your site?
What is your sites URL?

It will take some time to get indexed in google, be patient.

Perhaps your new pages just went straight to Google's supplemental index. It might help to get some external links to each of your new pages. More links to pages throughout your site might help too.

The site was indexed within a few days after uploading. However, i added plenty of content and a sitemap since then, but they have not been indexed.

Sitemap was submitted 2 days ago. It has been verfied already. Googlebot visited today. url is http://www.preflopbot.com however new pages have not been indexed.

yes, external links is the hardest part.

on the sitemap you've created you should assigned priority on how often taht page will be visited by the bots...this will ensure you that those pages will get be indexed.

Also try other methods to invite more bots to visit your site like bookmarking your site or putting the link on signature to the well indexed sites like forum.

It also happened to me before. After my update, Google didn't indexed my new post. But after another crawl, it was being indexed. I guess it's just a fluctuation or something. 2fk has a good point as well.

I think that you should frequently monitor your site, and wait for a few days. i'm sure that google bots will crawl it again...

Google may have viewed the site and may not have indedxed it yet. I am sure that it is queued and shall be indexed within due time.

The site should still be indexed irrespective of the sandbox theory. The ability to rank well may be attributed to that theory.

I too have this problem, google has visited my site over 200 times in the last 2 weeks but 0 pages have been indexed, why could this be? Sitemap, coding, everything would appear to be optimised??

Yes I have a page that Google has not yet indexed. I have not inlcuded any link to as it I just want it to be a landing page. I wonder if this why Google has not yet indexed it.

In their blurb on Webmaster Tools it says that one of the reasons to submit a sitemap is so that Google can index pages that do not have internal links ! So why don't they do what they say !

Just keep getting links to your new content, and you will eventually get them indexed. It may take some time to get subpages indexed.

maiby the sitemap or the httpacces is not god , i sugest to try some change in
robots.txt

if your site is new than Google take normally 10 days to index your site so just keep patience after few days your site will index.

Check for the contents duplication. Find out if any of the webmaster might have taken away your contents.

Google says that duplication apparently doesn't affect rankings? How would you check if someone had nicked your content anyway?
