I don't know for sure why you site hasn't been updated.
If your site is new I won't have PageRank for a while.
I built some sites about 3-4 months ago and the just now have PR today.
There hasn't been a PR update since June, or so they say.

My advice for any webmaster is just to advertise. Text link advertising and directory listings are good way to get improve your rankings. Just be carefull where you advertise.

At last google has updated it PR which is due from last more than 120 days there were lot of speculations going on SEO market that there may be some bomb which google will blast but I have seen there is not much in it. One thing is sure that google has tightened the PR algo. It has now giving less importance to mass linking or linking from one site or one group. I have seen overall fall in PR of most of sites internal pages If the main page has PR 5 usually PR of page connected to home page are PR 4 but now it is seen to be PR 3 in most of the case. So I think google has tighten the PR rules.

I hope it changes a little bit more.

When you search Google you find sites that have good link deseminatin and keyword usage but not necesarily the sites with the best content. I think the People at Google are doing alot to change this. About a year ago "modern assult rifles" and the top sites were on antique weapons. Now you do the same search and you get this really cool russian site.
You can actully find a picture of AK74M rifle and some information on the AR10 and Armalite arms rather than some article about world war 1.

It would appear at first glance through the update Google is tightening the belt. We have had one site jump from 0 to 4 and most others stay the same.

About time!

My main page staed the dame but several internal links jumped around. Went from a 6 to a 5 on one ofmy internal pages, other jumped to 3 and 4.

I just noticed my RSS feeds jumped to 4. I am not sure why but they did. I did not really advertize them...kind of odd.
