That is called SEO and there are hundreds and thousands of posts in this forum about tips and tricks for SEO. Depending on your keywords, don't expect to see any results for a while; especially if you don't know what you are doing.

There's no magic pill. If it were as easy as adding a couple of tags don't you think everyone else would do the same thing. And assuming everyone added that same tag or two how would the search engines then decide which pages to show?

Ryan is right. What you're looking for is better understanding of SEO (search engine optimization) and depending on the specific words and phrases you want to show up for it can be relatively easy or hard to show up in the search results.
