Actually what disturbs us, (using the term "us" meaning the people who have some genuine understanding of what SEO/SEM is really about), is that you consider these imaginary "results" from such things as useful.

The only places to look and actually know how well you are doing is;

your log files and your accounts.

It is listed in the googletool bar if you get that and are really interested in it.

The SEOMoz one looks great.

Google toolbar is good to view your page rank but I don't much rely on this because some other websites manipulate and make their page rank higher.

I don't really pay attention to my page rank at all. My personal web site has a pagerank of 0, but my biggest traffic source is Google for a variety of search terms, so I know I have some authority for a couple of things that I post a lot about.

One of my other websites, that I haven't updated in 2 years, is a PR 4. I have no idea why it is ranked so high yet doesn't get 1/2 the traffic my other site does. Ahh, Google is such a conundrum.

The website at your signature has a PR0 with 4 inlinks + 47 pages indexed..

your site has 50 some pages indexed
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...2F&btnG=Search
and 4 backlinks according to google
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...2F&btnG=Search
your query was just "http" ofcourse there are millions of websites that use the http protocol, so that's what you were measuring before.. nothing to do with your site

You can also use tools of www.seochat.com to check PR of your web site

This is how I view my page rank:

1) I do a search
2) I see what number is next to the result for my site
3) I record that number like so: "My Page Rank for ".$keyword." is ".$number;

Amazingly, this method works for Yahoo and Live as well.

i use Livepr site to view my pagerank if my toolbar doesn't working

I have RankQuest Toolbar, Search Status Bar, and Google Toolbar. There, I can view my PR + other stats.

sometimes I used prchecker.info to view the PR of my site or blog. hope it will help!

all toolbar aficionados and PR connoisseurs, please stop living in fairytale

find something better to do or to worry about.
start with your site content, because content is = to visitors
and toolbar PR is = to gif image
