The more links, the better keywords, good link exchanges, it will all matter in your page rank. But as said, a link is a link... webmasters just mostly wanna add links relating to their content.

Farrhad, I did give you "negative rep" for 3 simple reasons:

1. You have used this forum to further you and your site in a very selfish way. Out of the 60 posts you have submitted up to now almost every one has been about "how can someone help you" and even though you have taken the advice; you have never once written a post to help others. 2. To further compound the issue of how you have used this forum, you have cut, copied, and pasted verbatim from other sites giving you ample time to work on getting backlinks. It takes a lot of time to write original content, and then do the SEO. You only did the latter, and although others may not agree with me here, I believe most of your site is sitting in the "Old Google Supplemental Index". Point being, you download a free template, added in verbatim pages from the wiki and others, get free advice from members of this forum (without offering any advice back to members once) then its obvious where you can spend most of your time - getting 1100 backlinks
3. Lastly, to excerbate the issue, once your site was built and you were satisfied with it, you try to sell advertising back to the forum members here: http://www.webmaster-talk.com/buy-an...vertisers.html Even though you have publicly stated on numerous occasion it is a none-profit site

I personally have found your use of this forum very selfish - sometimes it is better to give than receive - specifically when you have been a major recipient of advice here, hence my comments.
