Does anyone know what is going on?

I have this problem only on one workstation running IE.
The rest IE are working fine

I have discovered the source of the problem but now I need fix.

It cause by Zoom Control.

Any others browser, IE and FF, when player opened will remove this control automatically but on one computer it stays on top

Why?
