Any idea when the next google page rank might be. I hear they are getting further and further apart.

I had article-gem PR3, but last update it dropped to PR2. I've tried to reverse that by submitting to Link directories, etc. Any suggestions.

Is it something in the air? Some webmasters always go a bit crazy this time of year talking about something called a "pagerank updation" which takes place at random intervals determined by something known as Google.

Oh wait - this happens all year round.....

Is there an average period or does some pleb at Google just decide to push a button?

Next PR update is 3-4 months from the last PR update. But it seems that google did not follow that time span this lately.
