I believe that the google PR is biased towards there own site. I believe that they should have programmed it so that Google wouldn't have a PR. Instead they have 10/10. I find this could be very intimidating, and for this reason i use Alta Vista. Just to spite Google. In our* up-coming site i hope that i will see no links to Google submitted. Google may be the best out there. But it, in my opinion, could do with some serious competition. They keep coming up with all these new ideas, like GMail, which is all very well and i would like it, but i just wish that Sites like Yahoo, Alta Vista would put some more effort into it.

I just want to add if your advertising with them they are such ego maniacs...They dont care about anything they just think they are the best and thats that. I love the engine but I could do without the attitude...

PR is based on links, and i think you'll find there's millions of links to Google.com - hence why it has a PR (justifiably so) of 10. with that many links, it *HAS* to have a PR10
