You probably want to do some more keyword research, since you've picked one that isn't likely to send much or any traffic.

Your title isn't helping you achieve rank for this search phrase. It reads like it's been keyword stuffed. So do a few of the pages coming out ahead of you, but that doesn't mean you should follow them. In fact, I think that particular phrase would get more weight if you weren't diluting it with so much else in your title.
The link exchanges probably arne't helping you. Reciprocal links have been devalued a long time ago. When I run a not very helpful link:coolsmsjokes.blogspot.com query in Google, it shows 16 pages linking to you. The first is internal, then I see stuff like MBA College Search Engine, Entertainment Link Exchange, Humor Link Exchange, (Just) Link Exchange, some BlogSpot subdomains, EzineArticles, and Yahoo groups. None of these would be considered quality links.
