How come sourceforge.net has a search on a search page?

I was doing a search for sourceforge.net when I came accross this search box on the google search page is this a new feature on google?.

Interesting new trick

DMOZ has one, as does Microsoft, Wikipedia, The Whitehouse and the Inland Revenue

I'd guess it's triggered by searching for a site that gets searched for a lot, and then the "more results from this site" has been used
