Google Updated PR/Backlinks

I just checked my backlinks went from 11 to 48. I haven't seen any PR changes at all though.

PR as far as I know hasn't been updated yet. I'm imagining that it will after all BLs are updated.... I prey that it does.....

Now in BL it is showing pages with PR0 PR1,2,3
I think google is implementing some updates.. Beware!...

How surprising, that there are so few posts here. I have lost just about 1/2 of my backlinks (as shown) on both of my sites.

They were mostly # 1 for search terms, but now are #1 for all, so the backlink change didnt hurt me.

How are the rest of you faireing?

Hi.
Well, on google.com my BL haven't changed since last time 246. But, when I check my BL on http://64.233.161.98/ they dropped more half. They show only 69.

No PR change, and no real search engine result changes.
So, the BL change doesn't seem to have hurt my SERPS or PR YET.

The backlinks on just about all of our sites have seriously jumped up!

When I use that page rank predictor tool, I have several sites that it predicts will jump to PR8 or PR10. I'll have to wait and see what really happens. These are dramatic jumps from 4's and 5's.

Well, I wish that prediction tool was accurate.

it says my PR7 site will be a PR9.
If that turns out to be true I'd be estatic.
I'd be so happy I'd be given out free links to friends.

looks like maybe they're updating PR. how come, if its indexing pages with lower PR, the no. of links has dropped?

I think google is started to throw random results to confuse people engaged in link exchanging, renting, selling or buying...

they can't do that. PR is based on backlinks.

unless they're just trying to stop you using the link: prefix to find out how many links there are to your site, but surely they can't do that!!

we're @ PR6, +1 from before even though our backlinks have just decreased by 1/3, work that one out...
