They probably use a different datacenter to return the results, so basically if one datacenter is not up-to-date with PR they will show different results.

Either or neither. It really doesn't matter, since external PageRank isn't even a ranking factor.

The one that matters is buried by Google deep in the catacombs of the 'Plex, and you have to pass an Area 51-level identity check before you can see it.

The only measure of PR that tools have access to is toolbar pr which is inaccurate anyway. Couple that with potentially shoddy coding on the part of tool providers and you have a plausible reason.

The bottom line is don't worry about PR.

Well.......do not waste time on this and focus to get higher rank on major search engines as search engine ranking is more important in SEO. If still you want to go for PR then check it only on Google toolbar. I do no mean that others giving you wrong info for PR. Reason behind showing difference in PR is using different datacenters.

Hi

It could be couple of factors! but as one of the folk has said that Google twist results from different data centres, which i believe the niche answer to your question.

But kindly don't waste time on PR sort of a thing becuase Google has now decided to enter into 3rd generation Algo Patent change. According to that website positions will be strongly depaning on Query Score & Profile Ranking. You guys should focus on to design user or visitor experience on your website. The more searchers book mark you or refer you or write about you the more you got qualified for high rankings on Google.....

Cheers

May be because of the use different datacenters to show PR of your site.

If he did that, he'd have to use Latent Semantic Indexing, Co-Channeling, and other buzzwords to show what an expert he is. He probably doesn't know that many.

Thanks all for trying to answer my question.

Maybe I should mentioned earlier, but before last PR update my blog had PR5 on all PR checkers I could find, however, after update some of them showed 4 and some 6, but most of them 4, so my guess is that blogflux gives wrong rank.
