pawan: the reason sites get banned/deindexed from Google is, generally speaking, because they don't focus on users. Quite often, user experience is sacrificed for SEO gain, and your site is a classic example:
1) You're keyword-stuffing a marquee tag, the title tag, and the meta description tag (not to mention the meta keywords tag). Come on, that's just cheap trickery.
2) Your site offers next to nothing in terms of consistency and/or real information. It's just one giant keyword-stuffed sales pitch.
3) You're not giving legitimate users any real reason to link to your site. It's just a bunch of stuff thrown together.

There sure are a lot of sites that are being used for Adsense that all look the same and yet are allegedly sales sites. This doesn't have anything to do directly with your SEO, except that sending potential customers away using Adsense kills any possibility of word-of-mouth (or word-of-blog, or word-of-discussion-board) from others.
Simply put, your site is a mess. SEO is actually the least of your problems.
