Formula for unbound field required with 'if' condition

I have a simple formula I use in an unbound field:

=[Monthly]/100*17 to calculate 17% of [Monthly]

I need to limit the result to minimum 25.00 or 17% of [Monthly] whichever is greater.

Any help would be appreciated
