I have learned SQL. I want to know if I'll be comfortable working on RDBMS or should I learn MYSQL also?

SQL is the query languages used by most RDBMSs (Relational database management system) including MySQL. If you know SQL, you should be able to write queries for any SQL DBMS. Just be aware that there are minor differences in how each DBMS implements SQL.
