0.12 seconds at a certain search engine, plus the 10 - 15 seconds it took to type in the words.

A humans touch is always the best. Experienced people can find information for new people that they learned from.

I would use http://www.w3schools.com/SQl/default.asp

I learned alot there and it teaches you the basics, after that you work from what you know and create new things and build up your experience. It is always changing, so you will always learn something new.
