Well, yes, your site would be easier to manage with a database, but only if those changes are going to occur regularly.
If you delete or add a new card once in a year, I'd tend to say that you don't need to use a database.
First, a database strengthen the way you have to work.
A database is a fixed model, it cannot easily be changed once put in place.
Second, you will need to put every cards information you actually have on your site in this database, and this will take time too.
Third, your site will need to be redone, and even if itself, it's not an hard task, the devil lies in the shady corners.
And having a nice, easily usable and fast system, even if it can be build in a matter of a couple of days, will cost you.
So, a database can give you a simplified work when it comes to do changes in your site, but it will come at a certain price.
It's for you to see what this price should be for it to be interesting.
