Is this a serious question? If so, here's my brief answer:

All the terms you mentioned involve what is known as a 'Relational Database'. A database is a collection of data stored and organized by a computer. Oracle, Access, and MySQL are three popular examples of such a database application. These are also known as database servers, because they allow users to connect to and access the data stored within them. Oracle and Access are proprietary databases (they cost money) while MySQL is free and opensource. All of these databases understand a language called SQL, or Structured Query Language. You can write SQL 'scripts' or 'queries' to access or manipulate the data in the database. To learn more start here: http://w3schools.com/

Hi mynameisfai,
As suggested already, there is no short answer to that. I will say that MySQL is probably your best bet for most websites, especially since it is free.

I looked around, Googling, and found this to be helpful. Allthough it is long, I read through it and it does a nice job showing various opinions on each of them.

Are you asking if this forum is built in MySQL or in another language? I believe this is all built in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP). MySQL seems to be a favorite among webmasters, myself included. Granted, I'm not a heavy coder, but I find MySQL a lot easier than the other relational database languages out there.

A lot depends on what you want to do and what your budget is.
