Sorry...no...I actually own the rights to those. Along with a few other resellers yes...Did it maybe come to mind that they bought that template from the same designer I did?

Edit: However the designer I bought that template from specifically stated that it may not be given away for free...I have emailed her with that link.

Ok, I would like to see what templates are on templatemonster.com that I have on my website, I may have been sold one by a designer who first sold it to templatemonster.com...In that case I would be a pretty unhappy person and contact them if they truly had promised sole resell rights to templatemonster.

Edit: I still havent seen one though, so if anyone notices one I would really appreciate it if you would point it out to me.

i have question
what will happen if some one use illigal template
as all of us know there are many templates from template monster avaliable
what will happen if some one use them?

on the other hand if some one get the idea from one TM and build his/her own template which is different from the first one what will happen?

ihave seen many websites which use other one template

His/her website will be terminated and will not given any refund. In some cases this customer may be reported to other web hosting companies too.

Depends on your site popularity too. If you are having as popular website as umm YouTube you could get into courtroom at worst situation.
