Many people asked for a side panel to be added so they could allow regular sponsors, partners and or placeads there. So, we modified the template for those that want it. Both versions are available.
To change/modify logo, open header.psd and save as header.jpg
With Right Panel (this picture shows it using v3.10 with login required,
if login not required, login and register will not appear)
