I'm looking to do business with a freelance web designer. I want to buy a pack of templates so as to later sell through a site of my own....so I need resell rights.

The templates should be all your own work and totally original.

Also I need completely layered .psd's, and the templates to be coded into html and css. They should be neutral in style.

I would like to see .jpg screenshots before hand.

I'm hoping to buy around 10 or so for a reasonable price at first, then if business goes well this could become a long term assignment for the right designer.

Payment should be by paypal.
