I have just finished createing this template, and am now selling it to who ever wants it. I say it is 95% unique because I did use the server images from the design I am currently using for my website.

Price: I am open to offers, but I was thinking I should charge about $40. Payments must be made through PayPal only to billing @ eqwebhost.com.
Whats included: After payment is received, you will get a zip file which contains the template screenshot, the template coded in HTML, and also the PSD file for the template.
The purchaser will have 100% rights to the template, and can do whatever they want with it, use it, sell it, give it away, whatever!
