I have a graphics template that is fully coded. I was going to use this for one of my sites but I never got around to doing it so I'm selling it. It is fully coded in valid XHTML and CSS.

Im sorry, but there is no way someone will be paying 35$ for that. No disrespect intended, but if you compare other designs and prices with yours, you should understand.
