Hi there guys, everywhere i seem to look all i can see is graphics graphics graphics... all i'm looking for is a nice clean layout with a good base, nothing high-tech or flashy.. i'm looking at a site template real easy to edit.. but don't get me wrong.. i'm not looking for any old piece of rubbish, but it has to have a basic'ness about it but clean, fresh layout.. nothing OTT [over the top] just something that can be used again and again with minimal effort applied..

anyways, if anyone can help out or anything.. either PM me.. or post a screenshot of your template etc.. or better yet, i tell you wha i luv, an online example 1, if so, PM me the link and details etc..

Editing that template is uncomplicated, you can change the titles rapidly, I made a "titles set", which includes every title on the template. Price has been reduced so many times, I'm selling that unsold template for $15 USD (through paypal).

Hey guys, i thought i'd draw something on paper and scan it in, as you can see from the image it's a crap drawing, lol,

it seems like a basic enough template, the colours i'm looking for are greens.. dark greens to light greens, i'm looking for a style sheet also with the template, with like dark green rollovers on hyperlinks etc.. like i said i'm looking for something along the lines of www.cardiff.gov.uk as the site i'm using now is like a community site and is totally in the need of repair badly www.st-mellons.co.uk all i'm looking for is a template, easy to customize etc.. i would like the template (html or php) to take up the entire width of any browser as you can see in cardiff.gov.uk which will fit almost any browser size.. let me know if you do have anything handy, instead of replying to the thread please contact me via PM or e-mail @ rhys.gregory@ntlworld.com (add me to msn) i'm looking to spend an awlful lot on this template..

sold I gave it a try. (didnt see that you wanted 100% width and stuff tough) but as you can see, It's simple to edit and SEO friendly html.
You can have it for like... $5 I guess.
