[WANTED] Custom Website Template

Hi,

I am looking to hire somebody to create a custom website template. I am looking for a clean, professional business looking site. I would prefer to template to be coded using XHTML and CSS. I would need full rights over the template (including .PSD file) and have it not sold or reused.

If anyone is intrested please PM me or post here and I will send you the details of what I am looking for and what I am looking to spend.

I am interested, but I'm not sure about CSS and XHTML, are you willing to split the budget for a coder and a graphic designer?

I am interested , I can code in XHTML and CSS (valid) . I can do some good graphics too (look at my signature.. )

I will actually be coding the site myself in php, so I am really just looking for a template for the site because I am horrible at graphics....
