Need Template!

I need one for http://www.kembia.com. I would like it to similar to http://sinthux.deviantart.com/art/Revopets-64690141. Not to similar though I dont want it to look like I copied the layout. I dont want it to be the same theme I want it to be a green/forest theme. Here is the pet I want on it http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...gedweasel3.gif.

If you need a forest background made I can get that done just tell me the size.

How much would that cost me?
