This set of designs is honest, very very nice. It has an awesome video interface, an amazing header etc. Would be great for many different types of site.

I'm getting rid as I want to take my offline business in a different direction.

It looks good, but feels somewhat lacking in places for content. It also says £250 base prices. Which is alot!
