An anonymous reader writes "David Maynor, infamous for the Apple Wi-Fi hack, has discovered bugs in the Windows version of Safari mere hours after it was released. He notes in the blog that his company does not report vulnerabilities to Apple. His claimed catch for 'an afternoon of idle futzing': 4 DoS bugs and 2 remote execution vulnerabilities." Separately, within 2 hours Thor Larholm found a URL protocol handler command injection vulnerability that allows remote command execution.Read more of this story at Slashdot.

Figures, Apple does suck after all... I don't see why people are so die hard fanboys? It's an allright product, but it's not the best in anything.
I especially like this lie on their homepage:

I laugh and laugh... Seriously, you'd think there's be less problems if it's this big release thing, I mean all they are trying to do is lure in new customers, and then 3 remote execution vulnerabilites? Those are seious flaws. I realise it's only a beta, but it is said to be just a windows port of the current OSX Safari public stable version.
Well seeing as I will never use it beyond testing, I just hope it renders like Safari does on a Mac so I can stop using this crap.
