Yes the same kind of thing has been happening on google video. People have been uploading MTV videos and MTV has been threating to sue. People might get places like youtube shutdown...

I don't think we will ever see places like youtube shut down. May limit the number of start up copy cats but with the major players that are into sites like youtube, they will be here a while!
