I don't really believe that the company is worth THAT much. While it may be a popular site, and does provide some value to its customers, I don't think it will be as popular in the years to come, I predict the fad-site will have a downfall, similar to how the dot-com bubble popped back in 2000.

I think I'd have to agree with you James. I doubt Facebook is actually worth that much - it probably isn't going to last that long (5 years or so) - they only made Microsoft pay that much because IT IS MICROSOFT. It's generally an image thing I think
