Colours for Side Panel

I think it may be a nice idea to change the title bar colours for the side panel, so that it matches the forums.

Here is what it will look like (see attachment)

Seems to match to me. The sidebar uses the same CSS as most table cells, and the title cell uses the same gradient image as everywhere else.

I was saying that it would look nicer if it had the dark blue background!

Ah, I see it now. I was at school when I viewed your attachment and the res is 800*600 and IE shrunk the image really small

Anyway, perhaps. Never thought of it. Worth a try.
